Agera Medlem

Agera Medlem is a modern membership management system, made for Student Unions with tools for smooth communication and increasing member quantity.

The combination of the Member Portal on the web, digital invoices and payment options like credit card and Swish gives the Student Union the opportunity to sign up new members quickly.

Agera Medlem is able to export data regarding members continuously to both Mecenat and Studentkortet, which gives the members access to many student discounts.

The system can both import potential members through files received by the Student Union from the university, as well as creating new profiles through the Member Portal on the web.

Regarding GDPR, the system has functionality for handling personal data in a safe way. This functionality includes access control, encryption, register extract and deidentification of personal data which should no longer be kept in regard to GDPR.
